After completing his review of the INA, Mr Subhas Chandra Bose made a speech in the course of which he declared, “Ever since my interest in Indian politics I have realised that the whole of India is ready to fight for her freedom, but lacks a free Indian Army for the purpose. Today you should feel proud and encouraged that you form part of the INA.”
